In our community, the user can place their ads that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation and do not contradict the rules of the group:

0. Content

In our open wall group, the user can adjust any of their content, but the content must not contradict Article 2 and the Legislation of the Russian Federation.

We do not allow links to other sites or groups, requests to help you win a contest or survey, commercial ads that are not approved by the administration, or ads placed in the comments to another ad! Spam is removed, violators are added to the blacklist!

And also copying and plagiarism is not allowed without the permission of the community administration. For this, they face exclusion and blocking in the group and punishment under Article 1255 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.

1. Group coomunication

It is forbidden to write offensive messages to the authors of ads, commenters and any other persons.

An exception if you insult a representative of a non-traditional orientation.

2. Community Administration

The administration of the community must ensure that the members of the group comply with the rules of the community, control the content that users publish;

And also the administration should add users to the blacklist if users violate the rules, according to the following criteria:

  1. Violation of the rules once - blocking for one hour;
  2. Violation of the rules twice - blocking for a day;
  3. Violation of the rules more than three times - removal and blocking in the community forever.

2.1. Getting a place in the community administration

2.1.1. Request for moderator or Editor rights

To get the rights of moderator or editor, the user must fill out a questionnaire link <https://clck.ru/TcMMj>.

Please note that a moderator can be a person from countries:

  1. former Soviet Union (except Ukraine);
  2. Some Asian countries.

We do not accept applications from EU countries, Ukraine (temporarily) and the USA.

2.1.2. Getting administrator rights

To get administrator rights, the user must remain an editor or moderator for more than 2 months and fill out a new questionnaire (the link must be obtained by writing a message to the Chief Administrator of the community). Please note that the administrator can be a person from Russia and Belarus.

2.2. Violation of the rules by persons in the Administration of the Community

For violating the rules, the administrator (moderator or editor) is deprived of management rights for a certain period.

As well as users are deprived of their rights according to the following criteria:

  1. If the user had administrator rights and did not perform any actions for 1 month;
  2. If the user had moderator rights and did not perform any actions for 2 months;
  3. If the user had the rights of an editor and did not perform any actions for 100 days;

In case of abuse of their powers, the user will be deprived of rights and will be added to the black the community list is forever.

3. UPDATING OF THESE RULES

These Rules may be amended. We have the right to make changes at our discretion, including, but not limited to, in cases where the relevant changes are related to changes in the current legislation, as well as when the relevant changes are related to changes in the work of the Group.

We undertake not to make significant changes, not to impose additional encumbrances or restrictions on your rights established by these Rules without your notice. You will be notified of such changes. Relevant notifications may be displayed in the Group or before such changes take effect, or may be sent to you via other communication channels (for example, by email if you have provided us with your contact details).
